Folkestone artist, Deborah Crofts, predominantly uses inks and watercolours.
She graduated in a BA Fine Art at UEL in 1996; practiced art at the Bow Arts Trust, London; and relocated to Kent in 2006. She takes inspiration from the natural world and approaches creativity as on-going experimentation, including acts of 'spontaneous painting', holding onto fleeting moments and a love of nature. Exhibitions include: Folkestone Museum; Folkestone Art Gallery; Pie Factory in Margate; Devon’s House Gallery, St Katharine Docks, London; Candid Arts Trust, Islington; and the Nunnery Gallery, East London.
